Twenty kilometers from the Kenyan capital Nairobi, there is an unusual hotel known as “Giraffe Manor“. Where you find the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Thanks to the program for the protection of local nature, giraffes feel it good enough. Hotel was built-in 1930, but it turned into giraffe sanctuary when Betty Leslie Melvilles purchased this property in 1974. This Giraffe Manor was transformed into a boutique hotel by her family in 1983.
